We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely 100% satisfied for any reason. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call or e-mail us at returns@tcharmjewelry.com--please provide your invoice number, name and address.
Any unauthorized returns, special orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. Please notify DeLyn Enterprises within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order.
Back Orders
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however back orders do occur. Your back ordered items will ship out US Mail as soon as they come into stock with no additional shipping charges. If you do not receive your backorder within 45 days, please re-order the product. There are no back orders on 'Limited Edition' items. Please e-mail or call us if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
Product Variation/Substitution
TCharm® ~ DeLyn Enterprises reserves the right to substitute material based on the availability of findings, gem stones and crystals. We will maintain the same make up and value of the item ordered which will closely resemble that product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the substituted item, please return the product in its original packaging for a full refund (less shipping and handling). See our return policy above.
